Early Holiday Cheer
Happy November, my friends. As we get closer and closer to the Holiday season [who am I kidding, some of you have already started decorating… go on… you know you have], I find myself searching for that ONE Holiday tune that’ll set the mood for the season. A few years back, I decided to make my own instead, and now I’d like to share that with you!

Forgiveness / Success
This is a superb exercise to do anytime, but especially as we reflect back on the nearing end of a year. Too often I find friends not able to congratulate themselves for the success they have found because of some further success they find themselves failing at… or not able to forgive themselves for action not taken in the past.
My mother introduced me to a similar system of affirmations she uses recently, taking big, brightly colored paper and printing boldly the things you can be proud of on them… then hanging them on the fridge :)
Sounds like Kindergarten had some good lessons we should remember.
I’m running through this exercise tonight and may post my results here. Feel free to share your experiences too.
